I'm getting a new tattoo..someday..
-and I really want a kitten in some sort of outfit 'cause I love dressed-up animals ...not in real life though only in pictures...
These are a great inspiration..

Just in today... The first shoes in Circus Circus ever! The special edition DC collab with Darren Brass from Miami Ink. Do you want peaches or wino? Ladies only...
The Snorkmaiden... I can almost smell the flowers...
...and taste the berries...
I love these illustrations...and the stories off course.. I just found out that Carlsen has published the three first stories of Moomin in one book (in December actually..better late than never...) -about time -they've been sold out for years!
The sun is shining!!! Spring is here and soon to follow..summer! I can't wait!!!
I feel quite inspired by these lovely ladies and I'm considering making the bathing suit myself so I can get excatly what I want.
Not sure my hair will stay that way after a swim in the ocean..
Oh..Betty... nice shoes too..
I saw a bit of 'The Girl From Missouri' the other day and Jean Harlow wore this bathing suit on the beach in Miami in 1934..
..and Lana wore this in 1946 in 'The Postman Always Rings Twice'.
This year Marvel celebrates it's 70th anniversary. All the heroes that helped us during the years are still going strong...
Ahh..Wolverine... The come hither-look always works for him...
I think it's time that some of the super-heroines had a comeback...
...and The Blonde Phantom. She didn't have any superhuman powers but she was a very athletic woman, and handled the handgun she carried really well, she also had excellent secretarial skills...
..and killer looks...
Barbie turns 50 today!!! My mother was born in 1959 as well but she never actually got a real Barbie doll only the knock-offs...poor her...
My mother bought me a lot af Barbies and being a very political correct woman she would also buy the black Barbies and the brunettes and redheads and give me 'working' outfits for them... My favorite was the blonde Barbie though and my favorite outfits were the huge tulle wedding dresses my mother would make for her...
My first one was dressed in a running outfit -blue shorts and a yellow and white tank top with the number 102 writting on it... I still have the ones from back then, my favorite was a Christmas gift from 1985 the beautiful Super Hair Barbie wearing a white jumpsuit and silver belt, my mother bought that one for me because she's a huge Elvis fan and thought the jumpsuit kinda looked like one Elvis would wear...
This monday the most important 50th birthday party of the year goes down (except for my mothers off course)... In the meantime here's a little history lesson...
In 1953 they decided to market a Lilli doll and contacted Max Weissbrodt from the toy company O&M Hausser. Following Beuthien's drawings Weissbrodt designed the prototype of the doll which was on sale from 1955 to 1964 when Mattel acquired the rights of the doll so the German production had to stop....
